Do not use this form if you don't have an active HandyBuddy request as this requires a HandyBuddy request # to respond.

For any service related issue that needs follow-up you should always reach out to your matched provider who performed the service first. If you are unable to resolve the issue after working with the provider, please raise a support ticket using the form below.
