You Get an Exclusive Offer via SMS and email
The HandyBuddy service desk then offers the job exclusively to one and only one expert from our Expert Marketplace. Job offers include exact item needing service, customer's exact location, their appointment preference and the exact amount you'll be paid by HandyBuddy. Exclusive offers are only availble for a limited time before they are offered up to another local expert.
You Contact the Customer and Confirm Schedule
During the ordering process, the customer will be asked for their scheduling preference which will be shared with the provider once the match has been made. All accepted offers need to be scheduled with the customer by the expert (company) within 48 hours of receipt. At this point, the job is waiting to be performed by the expert.
You Manage Job
We give Experts all the tools to view and manage jobs in our proprietary HandyBuddy for Experts platform. There, experts can view job details, schedule the customer, add notes, reschedule, view payout details and more. A feature rich platform for our experts to provide exceptional customer service!
You Complete the Job
On the scheduled appointment day, you represent yourself in your company's name, not HandyBuddy, and perform the requested service. Experts mark the order as "Complete" on our portal and share proof of completion with us to start the verification process. Once a job is marked as complete, the customer is notified via text and email asking them to confirm that the job was completed to their satisfaction. They will also be given the chance to rate the service and provide a review.
You Get Paid
Once a customer has confirmed that a job has been completed to their satisfaction, payment is initiated via direct deposit to the bank account saved on file with us. Payment is typically released within 7 days of confirmation.
