2. How does scheduling work? Will I be able to schedule my service before placing my order?

The actual appointment confirmation happens between you and the provider directly after the request has been submitted and you've been matched with a local expert.
3. Can I make changes to my appointment?
Absolutely. However, there are certain limitations regarding rescheduing & cancellations. See the 'Matching & Cancellation Policy' page for more details.
4. How does billing work?
Prior to submitting your request online, you will be asked to save a credit/debit card on file with us. Your saved card will not be charged at that time. We only authorize the saved card the full quoted price of the service(s). Your saved card will be charged only after a successful match has been made with a local expert and your appointment has been confirmed.
5. Who are the experts sent to complete the project? Have they been fully vetted?

My crew did a fantastic job. They sorted out everything first. Then they read manuals , which impressed me because I never seen anyone do that. They were very experienced in doing this type of work. My pergola looks great because of Beth and Daniel. They did what the said they would do. Including bolting down the Pergola. I would hire MyChoreBuddy again
