The installer who was sent out was not very familiar with this particular monkey bar system. He was able to figure it out with no problem and the install is great. My daughter loves playing on it!! He did miss one piece that we had to install ourselves, but that was no big deal.

Customer Service Kaitlyn at the service providers was fantastic. The installers were okay. They did a good job. But the placement of the jungle gym wasn’t the best. Although I didn’t exactly know where to put it either. So I don’t really fault them for that totally. A lot of the screws weren’t tight enough. I found out before the kids played on it. So everything is fine.

Hello, I am very unsatisfied with the installers chosen for the job. I will note they were very nice people and tried their best to help -- but they were overwhelmed with the job, had never installed growplay before - and I had to hire my handyman to work all day with them to install. I had to pay my handyman for a full day's work - in addition, my partner spent all day explaining the basic to the installers to get it done. The installers complained that there were no manuals (there were online ones), and that we had accessories so it was confusing. Well - I just wanted them to install the basics. . . and my partner and handyman also did not have manuals and they have never done this before, but they could figure it out. Overall - the installers were wonderful people and tried their best to help - they were just matched to a job that was way above their skill level. So given how much money I had to spend, and the stress we all went through on Sat - I am not satisfied.

I was very disappointed in the service provided by Tom. He came on the day he said he would and worked to put the structure together for a number of hours. Unfortunately, we discovered the shipping package was incomplete and there was a box missing. As he was in the area doing another job, he did unexpectedly come back a week later to do more work, but left with the job still incomplete. He left the structure very wobbly, because he never tightened all the screws and bolts. Despite numerous telephone calls to him, to please complete the job, he has never come back. His stated reason was that he'd already been to the house twice. We have found someone else to complete the job, so Tom's services are no longer required. Based on his performance, bolts not tightened, and unwillingness to complete the job, I would not recommend him to anyone.
